I recently saw some images of the Famine people similar to those who would have sailed in the great ships of the time, and giving me the idea and the inspiration to write the song 61 DAYS.
If you ever get the chance to visit the bronze statues on the quays in Dublin beside the famine ship The Jeannie Johnston, you should do so , they are very emotive.
